Disappointing experience. Lodged a post completion warranty service request in February 2024 and at the time of writing this review, the defects have not been attended to. They are denying one of the elements is actually a defect despite photgraphic evidence being supplied. On the 2nd issue, no resolution or action has been taken. I am now considering having the defects fixed at my own expense, which is exactly what PACT is hoping for. They cannot be trusted.
