Despite the attached image showing that they perform x-rays, they do not. I do not know if this is an oversight on their part directly, or if it is something they need to contact Google about, but it is extraordinarily frustrating to go to my "local" Urgent Care for my child's broken foot and get redirected to Fredericsburg.
I enjoyed pacs urgent care in the beginning, the man was super nice and even the dr! I began receiving a bill on a friday, by Monday they used my card without authorization and paid the bill. That’s not even the issue, the issue is the bill isn’t due til November 9th and apparently no one can give me answers to why it was taken before due date. Tamika was amazing remembered my kids from months ago when they were at the Ruther Glen location. Identified the strep throat and got us out in 20 minutes. Definitely coming back. Amazing service 👏
Terrible. Do not go here. Doctor barely spoke English and refused to do anything. Also wildly misdiagnosed the issue. The rooms are not private and you can hear every patients conversation with the doctor. Also overbilled my insurance, so now I have to go fight that. Avoid at all cost.
