Why do your services lists lab testing? I was told in person that you don’t have that kind of stuff here? $170 to waste my time, money, and to go to my GP. Listen I’m a truck driver. If I could go to my GP I would.
DO NOT trust this business with your money, especially if they ask to keep your card on file. They made an unauthorized charge on my account on March 16th, 2025 (Over $100 by the way) DESPITE the fact that I haven’t been there since February 7th, 2024 and already paid my copay at the time while I was insured. Any other doctor office or urgent care would have contacted me via text, email, or physical mail if I still had a remaining balance to pay not even A MONTH post service. The office staff is nice enough. The doctors and nurses are friendly as well. But pray that you don’t have a billing issue. I tried to get in contact with their billing admin Martha for weeks with no response. Left multiple messages on her voicemail and with the office staff and never heard anything back. I then left a message for the director of operations and she also did not call me back. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB for anyone to even bother looking into it. Don't try coming here in the mornings. Doctors tend to show up very late and you end up waiting up to 30 minutes in the cold just to be let in the front door. I get doctors not feeling like going to work and all. Healthcare in this country is a miserable joke, but you could at least let patients in the building to sit, as they would in a civilized country. This facility provides an extremely disappointing experience, both in terms of customer service and medical care. The staff is unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy, making patients feel unwelcome. It is evident why they struggle to retain clients, as their service quality is far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.
