Between this office and the Medical Imaging office, NO ONE except Brooke, wants to help you. I had to call back and forth with both offices numerous times with no results. Finally had to go to the ER to get this resolved. Ludicrous, absolutely ludicrous.
Very welcoming clinic and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Tameka and Jordan (hopefully I’m spelling those correctly) are amazing souls and rare good people to come by nowadays! 10/10 recommend, made being sick not as bad being helped by people like them!
Edited in effort to be fair. If imaging is needed there is no digital imaging services as stated on website which was the reason this location was chosen. Slow customer service and it did not appear to be busy. They were professional but did not communicate very well with the next steps or what I was waiting for.
Went in and got helped very quickly. The place was clean and child friendly. Tameka was a nurse at this spot and was such a rockstar and so helpful with other questions we had!
Tamika was amazing, entire experience was wonderful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER. EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXCELLENT FRONT DESK! BEST URGENT CARE IN RUTHER GLEN.
