The PA and staff were great. Their billing department is atrocious. They didn’t tell me when I paid my copay at the office they were saving my card on file. They then proceeded to charge me $550 for my “bill” a month later without ever contacting me. When i finally got the bill I saw they charged me incorrectly. Charges were for a doctors office visit not an Urgent care visit. Attempted to call their billing department and the number goes straight to a voicemail.
