I ordered canson watercolor paper off amazon and the books arrived extremely warped to the point this place must have flooded or something and theyre still sending orders. I emailed them and they asked for pics, the barcode. Then said they can arrange a shipment. Asked for my address then never responded.
I bought 20 color sheets at dollar tree today. I could only get the barcode off 5 sheets. The rest of the barcodes tore and left white pieces of paper stuck. Or a dark square of glue is visible on the sheet. What kind of idiocy is this? You ruined your own product. Do you have stupid engineers who can't choose the right glue for barcodes? Or an indifferent quality manager? This company has been in business for so long and can't do basic things. Shame.
Very friendly fast loading my appointment was 3pm and I checked in 9:20 am so 10 Am they loaded me thanks
Receving by appointments only, don’t come early, enter 1st driveway for check in at Door-T, after that they assign you a door, overnight parking available.
My appointment was 11am.I reached at 9 45am. She gave me dock.with in few minutes they off load me.I appreciate the staff who help me.
