Paco's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to educate a first time home buyer made what would normally be a daunting endeavor a breeze. He took time to ensure that I understood each step of the process, was always available for questions, and did so with a kind, understanding, and pleasant demeanor. Additionally, I found that each person he recommended for various steps in the home-buying process were equally as competent, capable, and kind as he was. Paco was so efficient and responsive to our needs. He also made me feel calm and comfortable going through the rental process. I was expecting a difficult process especially considering the pandemic but Paco's professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness was so far above anything I could have imagined. He truly cared about finding us a rental (which most realtors don't put in much effort when they find out you don't want to buy a house).
