Came here to do a simple weld. After dropping car off. I was told that we would be called on the quote. We said no to the crazy quote. Now we owe 160 dollars for a diagnostic. It's taking them an hour and a half to get our car out of the shop. It's like they're seriously doing it on purpose cause they know we're in a hurry.
I thought my car wasn't fixed anymore, but after leaving the car with Paco, it came back to life better than before. Thank you guys, keep doing it like this.
Update - 6/20/25 I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, as Paco and his team never fail to go above and beyond for us. My husband and I purchased a car in December of 2024 and have had non-stop issues with it since. Paco found the root of the issue and because of his advocacy, expertise, and dedication to high-quality services, we were able to receive a proper diagnosis for the vehicle.
