Tasked with finding a bunch of cases for a customer & this was my first experience with Packnet. Our rep was very easy to work with and got everything we needed quoted & delivered in a timely fashion. Guess what!! We had shipping issues, they were resolved instantly. We had a wrong case in the batch. It was replaced Efficiently. Would recommend working with these folks!
