I got hired on has a full time employee and started working in the hose department and after 3 to 4 weeks was told that I will not be able to move to machines because the team leads boss was afraid of me passing out. I was let go because same made lies about me and told the plant manager
I was a Temp through Job-Link and had Certifications that made me over qualified to work the production floor. I was promoted with a pay raise after 2 weeks of working there. Takes 2 weeks to get hired if you are a Spanish speaker Latino if not 5 weeks and if you are black 8 mounts to a year And chuck will show u that.
