Amazed by the service and quality working with packIQ. Paul was amazing from start to finish. He kept us updated on when our crate would be ready and to be shipped. It arrived in great condition and it took less than 10 min assemble. The quality of the crate is awesome and the clips are very sturdy. A terrible worthless company that completely disregards the customers buying from them. They ignore whats ordered and choose to send what they want instead. They can’t do simple 3rd grade math and are completely useless.
