I won't say the company is bad but the manager/agent Lisa Warner is terrible. She does not need a job dealing with the public AT ALL. Ive dealt with this lady a couple of times and she is very very rude. I won't stop until I speak with Joe.. Nothing is professional about her...
Extremely rude I called twice on a load from AL to IL lumber load I was asked if I can scale 48,000 I replied yes then this rude lady asked me what are the exact numbers of the weight of the truck I replied we can scale the product she hang up, I called back I told her the empty weight and she snapped the phone again. Stay away from them
I've been leased on here almost 12 years and I absolutely love this place and people!!!!!
