Outstanding service today! Hard working guys who took the heat and got our air conditioning up and running for us and the animals.
Called on a Tuesday to book an appointment was told someone would be out by Friday, that was almost two weeks ago, never received a courtesy call to update me. Not a word. Very unprofessional.
Called about a broken outdoor faucet under a deck ( nasty location ) . The technician showed up, checked out the situation and I left. Came back later, faucet was fixed, indoor job site was cleaned up and everything back to normal. Got our bill and was happy with the amount charged considering the work that was done.
Another great experience from start to finish , E mailed Gloria with a list of jobs needed at my home and look for some recommendation for a water softener , a prompt reply for a very busy business offering what I was looking for with great information to make the decision to move forward , they removed the old unit , relocated the new softener for future easy access , the place was spotless never knowing they where there in the first place , more than once they drop everything and came to my rescue when my house drop to 8 d... read more
