They have no empathy, it seems that the thing they are least interested in is the health of their patients, they have rescheduled an appointment for me 3 times, I have a cyst (a ball of phlegm or MUCUS) 20 days ago they had to refer me to an Otolaryngologist and to date they have not done so, I went to the emergency room and they told me my family doctor scheduled it. It's been a week and a half waiting for a referral to a specialist. I've been told every day for the last week it would go through "today". I'm going to find another clinic
Disgusting facility! Lost my twin sisters medical records (claimed she was never a patient here even though she has paperwork to prove that she was) then attempted to claim that me and my twin sister were attempting to commit insurance fraud! When we complained we never received a response back when they said we would!
The experience during visits is OK, but you can't get through to anyone on the phone or send messages/request medication refills through MyChart. They did my referrals incorrectly and I am in a lot of pain. Avoid this place if you can.
