I can't believe it but I feel like I'm doing the doctor's job. Twice, I brought my dog who is having new seizures and partial paralysis due to disc disease. The doc never laid a hand on the dog to examine. The vet tech took the dog for an xray, that's it. It had been over a year since the last visit, too. Take out your stethoscope and listen to the heart and lungs! Look in the eyes and ears. Do an exam! After all, I paid for it! I was looking to switch vets and a friend recomended Packanack so I called and the girl who answered the phone was so great! she answered all my questions and was so informative, I was very impressed, when I went for the appt. I was even more impressed the front desk girls were so kind and made me feel so welcomed the place was beautiful and so clean.
