I would like to commend and recommend Packaging Systems. I recently worked with Brad Reiser regarding a protective large envelope/mailing order. These envelopes are used for protection of artwork in handling and mailing. His expertise and responsiveness from estimate through delivery was impressive and he saved me about 20% on cost. I've been getting some boxes here for the past year. I was happy with the service and products. My last couple orders had small delays. It wasn't an issue. My business is growing & I put in a larger order. For over a week now I've been told almost every day that it's being delivered. Then I get a message about 3 p.m. saying it's not going to be that day. I had to find different boxes & get them here. I don't feel like my business is valued.
