Handle With Care are amazing!! I needed to find a way to ship an rare and expensive instrument from Oakland to Upstate NY. The seller was only interested in local pickup. I did not want to miss out on the chance to purchase an instrument that I have spent 20 years searching for. In came Handle With Care to the rescue! I was able to work with them to pick up, professionally pack, and ship the instrument. It arrived safely and I could not be more pleased. Alex, Darren, and everyone at Handle With Care are wonderful!!
Won an auction at Clars and requested quotes from a number of pick, pack and ship. Handle with Care were fast and packaged the items well. Only issue was that their original 'estimate' was 30% lower than the actual price. Was quoted and then selected them. After they picked up the items, the new price was 30% higher than the estimate.
