I had a wonderful experience with this business, and with Darren specifically. I arrived 3 minutes from closing time to find a box for a large item I had to return and it ended up taking more than a few minutes. Darren took the time to measure my item and find the right box size. They didn't have the correct box size at that location so he called to have their other location set one aside, and then offered to pack up my item the next morning once he got the box and send it off with the label I provided.
