Ship UT is always such a joy to work with. Seriously the stress of returning and package delivery is always completely handled by them and just makes it such a seamless, easy experience. The man at the front desk is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful I just genuinely appreciate the customer service I receive here - it's hard to find these days!
They helped us get an oversized elk antler mount from Utah to North Carolina. They were great to work with and took care of everything.
This mail and ship store is the best! The father/son team sets the tone. Always helpful, always courteous. I've utilized many such mail centers, but nothing beats the pride of ownership. Other stores' employees can be disengaged, unhelpful and worse. And bonus for me, right around the corner! Highly recommend!!
