I shipped a TV through Ship Utah and it unfortunately got damaged in transit. What really impressed me was how Anthony, the owner, handled the situation. UPS denied our insurance claim multiple times, but Anthony didn't give up - he kept pushing back and working with them directly. The whole process dragged on for a while, but Anthony kept advocating for me even though I'd already paid him and moved out of state. Used to be great. New owner has tripled box pricing
I had pottery shipped from Salt Lake City. Every piece is perfect. It was double boxed. Each piece was wrapped and bubble wrapped. Plenty of peanuts too. Fantastic shipping job.
