Dominic and Anthony are amazing owners. We use Ship Utah for our business and they’re wonderful. Highly recommend! It is nice to support a small business, and bonus is their dog Murphy who is the sweetest dog!

As a small business owner (through mercari, Etsy, and other commission places) I've had such a great experience here. The people who work here are always super kind and friendly with me and others that I have personally seen in there whilst waiting. I will never ship anywhere else after having issues with other places and having no issues here whatsoever.
We had a bad experience. Dominic started with an attitude before asking what he could assist with. Hardly acknowledged we were there. There was a mix up with our package being returned instead of sent out. No accountability being taken. He called the owner and took the call in the back. Came back stating no refund would be initiated. Asked for contact info for the owner since he was unwilling to help us. And he was very defensive and overall rude.
Ship Utah was amazing! Had a confusing shipping situation with international shipping, and Anthony was amazing! He helped me through the entire process and made it smoother than silk. They will be my go to, for shipping from now on!!!
