Work here for 10 years, the worst job I ever had. It's a good ole boy network. Black people are called the N word and it's always a battle between the local guys (The click) and outsiders ( People outside a 50 mile radius) these are all facts. The biggest problem that I can see is most of the people that have been here a long time are uneducated and Intimidated by anyone with knowledge or educated.
