I visited this Packaging Depot this past Saturday afternoon to return an Amazon item and had the worst customer service experience ever. The attendant was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment I walked in. She refused my valid return, argued over the weight, and tried to charge $10 for a box that costs $2 at Home Depot and $3 at other Packaging Depot branches. I had a great experience sending an expedited parcel to India via DHL to a really obscure address. The lady at front desk helped me correct the address and gave me the tracking number with expected delivery date of July 14. I was ecstatic that it got delivered on July 7th. Exactly one week earlier than promised. Canada post couldn’t give me any confirmed delivery date. Definitely bit more expensive than Canada post. But if you are looking for reliability and service, go visit Packaging depot.
