Only person here and in a dock. Arrived/docked at 2035 for all day open appointment. Finally got locked in to dock after 30mins, took exactly 59 minutes to start loading, loaded at 2145 and of course guy in shipping office walks away as soon as I get to the window, finally leaving at 2215. Worse than last time and last time I was 2nd in line waiting for a dock.

I have been picking up here for years. It used to be awesome! In and out in less than an hour. Something changed in the last month resulting in excessive wait times. If you arrive early in the morning or late at night, you MIGHT get loaded in an hour. If you arrive in the afternoon, expect a 4 to 6 hour wait. Edit: They seemed to have worked out whatever issues they were having. Wait times are reasonable unless they are loading a train. Trucks have to wait until they are done. please quit running that train and the loud horn on holidays when people are trying to be with family, today is easter and the horn blowing will not stop, even on christmas they are blowing that horn, please give us a break,

Arrived at gate 1220 lady at guard gate was a gem, loaded by 1255, 35 mins, out the gate.
