Don't pay much heed to those negative comments. If you're a seasoned driver, this is a great stop. FCFS even though they have appointments to stagger the trucks. On arrival, slide tandems, open doors, place BOL and seal in back of truck. Do a courtesy check in. The docks are indoor docks and you have to be pretty straight before entering. Waited 10m for someone to show up at the desk. Waiting several hours for Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite to unload my truck. Lazy hourly wagers. That's why they're poor, and always complaining. PCA should step in and investigate this location.
