I think it's ironic that the store is called Package-Free, but most of the things are packaged. There are true package-free stores that exist in NYC and where you won't pay 3x the market value for some simple, generic items like reusable straws or tumblers. I work in zero-waste, and I can assure you, it's all marketing for the "rich, conscious consumer." Being eco-friendly is only for the super wealthy, right? That's how this place makes it seem. Ok shop but like, why name a shop package free when theres a ton of packaging? If you want package free, find a bulk story. Expensive and unremarkable except for the ironic name.

I've enjoyed shopping here a few times for a range of household items. The products I've purchased during my visits were strong quality and have lasted for multiple years worth of use. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help answer any questions or share advice on products.

I ordered a package with several items in late December and received a shipment notification in early January, its now January 30 (over a month since I originally placed my order) and i still have not received my package. I have emailed the company several times and I got ONE response telling me that they will look into it - have yet to received any updates since.
