Very rude - over-charges for all shipping and postage. Store clerk even claimed "I don't know what the price of a Forever Stamp is," after giving a different, arbitrary price for a book of stamps over multiple visits.
They have very long history of professional outstanding service unmatched in the area. They are the the best.
