I'm Steve m from West Lakes my house is an oldest style home I've found package deal bathrooms a good group of people to deal with they did what they said they would turning up for the job on time and indeed finished the job bathroom and laundry ahead of schedule a professional approach to the finish of the work with particular attention to the blend of new to old Dominic and Sam and the rest of the team I would recommend for a great outcome at a reasonable price cheers to pdb Steve
We LOVE our new bathrooms! Dom, Sam and the PDB team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The attention to detail from design to the finished product was outstanding, we could not be happier. We had 2 bathrooms renovated with our ensuite also being extended to where our walk in robe used to be. Wow fantastic company to deal to deal with from start to finish. Amazing work amazing professionalism and top it all off absolutely fantastic friendly guys. After every day cleaned up and made my place very presentable. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you ask nicely, I'm sure Sam can share his famous pizza base recipe. I'm sharing my before and after shots to show their great work.
Rubbish customer service. I had the guy come out and take measurements for a complete bathroom remodel. Appeared professional and I told him what I wanted. Trouble is that I then never heard back from him. If you didn't want to do the job perhaps just make up some excuse as to why you can't do it, so at least I would know to go with another company.
PDB have just completed a full bathroom renovation at our house. Their professionalism, attention to detail and communication have been second to none. Their excellent design advice through to the finished product has been amazing. Totally stress free. Having been through many a renovation over the years we can honestly say this is the best experience we've had. We highly recommend Domenic and the team.
