Highly recommend these guys. Needed a frame when mine didn't come. They walked me thru measuring and I had a frame in 10 days on my door step. Should have just got the whole thing from them to start. 5/5 good company
Thank you wall tent shop. I ordered the wrong size rain cap spark arrestor, not realising I needed to size up with nesting pipe, and he let me return it(even though it took me a couple weeks to get around to it) and he promptly sent the correct size back to me. I appreciated the friendly, down to earth customer service.
We bought our 12x14 Wilderness Edition canvas Tent in May 2024 and it has been through 151 inches of snow 60mph winds and monsoons and did it with ease....these tents are built incredibly well. We upgraded our frame to steel added a bug net and 2 windows and it's absolutely perfect. After it arrived we had several questions about set up and building our platform for the tent to sit on and the customer service was stellar. By phone or email they were there every step of the way. Great company and staff to work with. Customer service is outstanding. You don't see this anymore nowadays. Tents are as described and great value.
Satisfied over all. There were some issues with customer service and getting the delivery by the date i wanted it. First the wrong tent was sent. The email response said that the correct one would be sent out that same day and they would send me a ups label for the return. Several days later no tent and no UPS label sent, so i contacted again.
