I shipped skis, goggles, helmet, 2 pair of ski boots, ski clothes, and other gear. Outer box was not damaged during shipment but there was no packaging material inside beside a bag which fragile items were put in. No bubble wrap or other material was used either. The helmet and goggles were destroyed, bindings are missing chunks, skis are scratched, therefore destroying his plans for the weekend! Pack and Ship did all packaging. It cost over $200 for shipping and over $150 to replace destroyed items! Very disappointing.
