I love Pack Rat!!! We bought a pair of Chacos for our daughter. Unfortunately, the shoes were defective. I called the store and talked to Faebyan. She helped us get the shoes sent to Chaco, and she shipped us a new pair (after tracking down the same style and size). Excellent customer service. We will definitely be back, soon!
