The 8470 Dorchester Rd facility has definitely found their weight in gold with their staff. Especially with them being very courteous and respectful to me as a new customer and someone not knowing the process. The young lady who was on call this weekend I believe her name is Rhonda actually took the time and helped me understand the process and getting me set up with my account. Per this experience I would and definitely will refer everyone I know looking for storage here.
