Sandra is awesome and the team there is so helpful! I had been using a storage unit at Public Storage on JI for a little over a year and had a really bad experience there. The pricing had changed 4 different times within a year at Public Storage and basically had doubled before I had moved out. 100% would recommend Pack Rat! They are extremely transparent, very communicative, and made the transition super easy! 11/10
As long as I need storage, and as long as they have space for it, Pack Rat self storage will have my business! This place is extremely well run. I have always had a great experience working with the long-standing staff there. I love that it's a small family-owned business that aggressively stands out among the larger chains of storage spaces.
Sandy was an absolute pleasure. Never had such a simple and efficient experience leasing a rental unit. Very happy we went with this location.
