I had a unit for 2 years. The rate stayed the same and my stuff stayed clean and dry.
The staff was very pleasant and everything was handled very professional.
I often report on places that are really bad, but Pack Rat was the opposite. I have been all over the US and have encountered everything you can think of. This storage place not only had very clean facilities, it had very personable and accommodating staff. Especially Sandy. And the price was low and locked in (no pun intended.) Storage facilities are everywhere. Why not choose the one that isn't going to disappoint you? Thats Pack Rat.
Great storage unit facility! Clean, reasonably priced and Sharon and Sandra are always a delight when making a payment in person!
