Rudest employee ever! I’m a disabled veteran and she’s parked in the handicapped spot! Good thing she has all her rhinestones on her car. If you’re a veteran or just handicapped don’t use this place!
Before public storage purchased this place, I intentionally came here just to get away from these corporate owned public storage facilities. It was a smaller privately owned facility with great service and very few issues that the friendly staff could not resolve. Now get old public storage came in and snagged it up. Just moved in to a parking space for my boat. Manny Smalls was extremely helpful in assisting me with swapping spaces after I had mistakenly booked a spot that was too small. He was very professional and courteous and made the extra paperwork as seamless as possible.
