I have had my stuff in this unit for little over 2 years. I don’t know if management has changed or if there is a higher demand for units, but I am appalled by their communication and lack of ability to keep their word on terms they place. I have a relative dying of cancer and due to me having to take care of our family farm, as well as care for that relative's parent, I have been spread extremely thin and have been late on payments. They are bad about communication I’m going to deal with another storage company good luck who ever deals with this company and I’m sorry for who ever deals with this business
Could not have been easier. We were in a jam and desperately needed a unit. We called around. They got back to us right away as someone was moving out the next day. The staff was super friendly, the rates was very reasonable, and their responsiveness was great. In fact, we moved out and I forgot to tell them. The very next day they called me to make sure I had indeed moved out and to mail me back my security deposit.
