Used Pack'n'Mail for years, but new owners bought it a couple of years ago, but I also found out the hard way that they charged way too much after becoming suspicious of the cost and then going to FedEx.com to compare. You're better off going to Staples and Office Depot and buying your own supplies and taking it to wherever you want to ship from, i.e. US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx. Unhappy Wow, did I just get ripped off? Yes I did!! You will be charged twice what you should. I found this out later after I returned home. Did a little research because I felt like I was charged too much. I was. Twice as much. Customer service? What customer service.I won't be using their services ever again. Since they shipped USPS, I think I will just take it to the post office myself next time since I will pay half the price.
Mrs Called to find out if I should ship my suitcase or check it. I did not know exactly what the demensions were or what the weight was going to be but they were very helpfulin getting me a rounded amt. Will use them in the future.
