Blake and staff are the best! friendly, efficient and trustworthy....I don't go anywhere else. Ruston is blessed to have them!
They show the UPS Logo as if they are a full service UPS store. We travelled 20 miles exclusively to ship an Amazon return via UPS. HOWEVER they lacked the ability to do a SIMPLE SCAN of a QR code for an Amazon return. In their effort to get a shipping label, they completely deleted our Amazon return request which was on its last day to be shipped. They were unable to get a shipping label. They cannot do amazon returns with a QR code. It was very unhelpful. The guy at the counter deleted my return to get an address label, and he made it ineligible for return. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Amazon to get another code. I will need to travel 20 miles to find a UPS store. A real UPS store.
