The tall guy with the blonde hair is rude. A guy hit me at the door and I asked him inside why did he hit me with the box while coming in the door and he proceeded to say “oh well lady you were in the way” he didn’t give me time to move. The worker then gave me a nasty look as if I did something wrong by asking him why he hit me and began to talk nasty to me. He told me that he would not service me. So yes I did curse him and left the store. I would like to find out who’s the owner of this place.
Love this place I'm always in and out no problems. I use them to send my packages and return my Amazon packages. I email my return postage no problem and no extra charge. I have also used their notary service, no appointment was needed, I just called and made sure she was in
The girl with the sweatshirt is very rude and the guy tried to raise his voice. Almost like I was supposed to be scared. I wanted to mail a letter she didn’t ask me which carrier she usps . I wanted ups the time was then 6:00 she told me she wasn’t doing it now cause it’s 6:00. I’m like I was in here before 6:00 and that’s your fault. It most definitely give racial vibes I’ll never go there again.

Blake and staff are the best! friendly, efficient and trustworthy....I don't go anywhere else. Ruston is blessed to have them!
