Outrageously inflated shipping charges. Only used them as post office was closed. $50 for an 8 pound package! Managed to get a quote after the fact from Fedex it was $14 🙄
First time shipping here and I loved it. Fast service and was very polite! The west Adams location is more convenient for me and is much cheaper than UPS!
Rude customer service. Better options in area....
