I have been going to Pack & Mail for the last 5 years and I continue to go back because of the old school attitude. Always greeted with a smile and when you ask them to find a least expensive way to ship, no hesitation. They are like family in my book. Thank you for your great service. It is much appreciated. I've been using pack & mail for over a year now! All the people are so helpful and kind! If you didn't already know, they're amazing at packaging tough-to-package items. They've packed many delicate and large glass pieces for me and all have made it safe! I've had customers comment that their packages could be beaten with hammers and run over by a truck and their item would still have arrived perfectly safe. I left a package here with a prepaid label, and I have no updated tracking info for it. I am about to lose money from my sale because according to USPS, it has not shipped at all yet. There is either a lack of urgency or lack of accountability here.
