Was greeted by friendly folks in the parts department of Pack Leader. Wonderful experience picking up a replacement part. HUGE bonus for the shop kitty I adore him, and hope to see him every time I come in. Best part of my day. Thanks Pack Leader!!!
Worst customer service ever. not answering mail, try to sell 1000$ replacement part instead of try to help repair by yourself. EDIT: Yes i odered the motor in Taiwan and saved 500$. and i replace a 2$ fuse instead to buy the 1200$ part you wanted to sell me.
