I do not recommend this company. They are dishonest. If you have anything valuable or if you care about your furniture, then find another company. They damaged our home, furniture, and sprinkler system. They left a stain in one of our furniture, destroyed one of the sprinkler head, and damaged the wall of our new home. They claimed that they would pay for any damages which was a LIE. The person in charge Roger Arias is a scammer. He said he would show up to pay and fix the damages which he never did. Do not use this company to move. They broke my dishes and a very expensive mirror. The worker said he would get the mirror fixed and then never heard from him again. Management found it in the warehouse and said they would give me a new mirror, but a month later I still don’t have it. Each week they said “it will be delivered.” Very disappointed considering the amount of money I spent here.
When I hired Pack It, I was a bit unclear on exactly the degree of service they offered. The website and emailed information was a bit unclear: for example, was disassembling furniture and packing every last thing into boxes mandatory, or advisable? Thankfully, Jimmy and Diego put all my concerns to rest as they helped with getting my bed frame apart, dealing with tight stairwells, moving my bicycles, wrapping furniture, and overall being communicative, fast, and safe movers. Chris and Sam were delayed due to a previous move, but they communicated every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the day.
