This practice from making an appointment, to checking out and getting next appointment..theyare hands down number one! Very professional, yet let's you know you matter and you're a person just like they are.....I saw Ms Vanessa as my PA. Prepare for long wait time. Arrived for my appointment 20 min early and still wasn’t seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Very disappointed as I was excited about finding a new PCP.
We were just in their office and the nurse was rude. She laughed at me when commented I wished there was a term of respect I could use like Dr. For Callie to respect her years of education and experience. Then our appointment was at 8:45 and at 9:40, I went to the front to ask how long it was going to be to then be told that Callie was running behind. Noone said a word of this when we arrived and we needed to be somewhere by 10. The front office person was not helpful so we will no longer use this office for our medical need... read more
