These are not doctors, just want to be NPs and a PA. The office staff is awful. Call and they put you on hold forever. The practice is a joke.

Pack Family practice is the best primary care office in Lebanon, TN! They have several experienced providers; Leabeth, Steven and Callie are all great. You can’t go wrong being seen by any of them. They truly care about you as a patient - highly recommend this office for your primary care needs.
This practice from making an appointment, to checking out and getting next appointment..theyare hands down number one! Very professional, yet let's you know you matter and you're a person just like they are.....I saw Ms Vanessa as my PA. But from her to the nurse, to the lady who takes your labs they are all outstanding. It's not possible for them Tobe any better.
