We come to Pack Animal Care from almost an hour away, because not only are Drs. Ventocilla and Robinson THE BEST, more importantly every single member of their staff have been amazing. You can get a sense of a small business's heart by looking at who the staff are and whether they are enjoying their jobs. The Pack staff has been incredible with our dog. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating to our dog, who has a lot of anxiety with new people. I would highly recommend Pack to anyone!
The care Lily received at Pack Animal Care was exceptional. They really care about your pet and give them the absolute best medical care. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet.
We have switched vet practices many times in this area over the past 20 years, always because everything is great when your pets are healthy, but then you find out the cracks in the practice during medical episodes. This practice is IT! We have finally found our veterinary home. And we have to drive over 30 min to get here! All the Doctors are amazing here. Caring, cost conscious, amazing staff, I can keep going. You will not be disappointed. If I could see the doctors here for my own health, I would!
