I was a regular customer but their prices have become unacceptable. I took them a regular package (NO flat rate) that I packaged the other day and it costed $21.95 to ship. I took an identical package to the Post Office today and it was $13.65. They charged me $8.30 more for an identical package! If you don't believe me, try it for yourself and see with your own eyes. I suggest EVERYONE stays away from this place until they fix their prices.

ALWAYS had great luck with this business! No matter what I've needed done - from just sending a package back to Zappos prepaid, to having them look up addresses, different shipping rates, then packing & taping the box for me! They are always friendly, efficient & always my 'go to' location!

Iffy Service – Today, December 12, 2011, I needed to send out a package from this Pak & Ship, Etc. I gave the young clerk information on myself and the recipient via a typed written address list. Regrettably, the clerk was unable to type this information out, putting someone else’s name in the address line. When corrected, the clerk then still spelled the name on the recipient's incorrectly.
