Lesset and Heather were great in helping us be reunited with a bracelet that we had left in a hotel. Since we were already long gone from the state, they picked up the bracelet from the hotel and had it overnighted with FedEx. The prices they charged were reasonable and we are very satisfied with the experience! Thank you so much!

The new owners are super nice and very helpful. Had to send some documents via FedEx and the staff was very helpful finding the correct envelope to send it and with the label as well. The whole store got a revamp from the last time I was there, they got some office supplies and boxes of all sizes to sell as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Pack and Mail! I left my favorite leather coat at a motel in Lexington and was so disappointed to have lost it. I thought for sure I’d never see it again. I was so grateful when I learned that Pack and Mail will drive to the location in which you’ve lost your item, pick it up and ship it to your home address for an extremely affordable price! This new Owner Lesset is Awesome, Always smiling and is very helpful, I went in to ship some of my crafts and I was in and out in such a short time even though there were other customers in the store. I love all the new additions especially all the new cute tops with beautiful bold messages.
