This new Owner Lesset is Awesome, Always smiling and is very helpful, I went in to ship some of my crafts and I was in and out in such a short time even though there were other customers in the store. I love all the new additions especially all the new cute tops with beautiful bold messages.

A FedEx package was not delivered do to inclement weather. I called to ask what to do or if I could pick up the package there and the woman who answered was of no help, was rude, and put me hold and never answered again. Very poor service.

Great place to get fingerprints done and drop off prelabeled amazon returns. Lady that did my fingerprints was very fast and professional.

So so so very frustrated with this place. My grandmother (who is in her 80s and has never used technology and is also on a very restricted income) wanted to mail me her homemade coconut pound cake for Christmas as I have recently moved across the country. This is something she makes me every year (I’m almost 31). She went in on 12/12 and they told her to utilize FedEx as it was the cheapest and fastest.
