This new Owner Lesset is Awesome, Always smiling and is very helpful, I went in to ship some of my crafts and I was in and out in such a short time even though there were other customers in the store. I love all the new additions especially all the new cute tops with beautiful bold messages.
Great place to get fingerprints done and drop off prelabeled amazon returns. Lady that did my fingerprints was very fast and professional.
So so so very frustrated with this place. My grandmother (who is in her 80s and has never used technology and is also on a very restricted income) wanted to mail me her homemade coconut pound cake for Christmas as I have recently moved across the country. This is something she makes me every year (I’m almost 31). She went in on 12/12 and they told her to utilize FedEx as it was the cheapest and fastest. Have been several times. It's always the same---he seems unfamiliar with some FedEx procedures; always a little confused. Don't let him package or label anything. Do everything yourself so that his only job is handing a package to an actual FedEx driver. Charges extra fees even for prepaid packages. [Update] Thanks to the business owner for revealing what I did not mention: his terrible attitude. This place charged my 83 yr old mother $54 for a 3lb package going to OR. Then FedEx lost her package somewhere in MD. When she went in the staff blamed her because she chose the cheapest option to mail it!! I mean first off I dropped my 3lb package off at the UPS store in the same zip code and it cost me less than $18. They told her that her problem wasn’t with them but with FedEx!
