The gelato tasted off and had a gritty texture, almost like crunching on sugar, and it didn’t look right either. I went back to let the server know, but they told me that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I’ve had gelato many times at different Paciugo locations, as well as other gelato shops in the U.S. and Italy, and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to taste.
Disgusting. 4 different flavors, all packed with chunks of ice and the taste was marginal at best
All the gelato looks old and taste old!! The portions they give is relatively small compared to other gelato stores we have visited. The ice cream server was not very friendly.
Came by and there was like no one working the section. The shop is shared with a which which. Weird concept. But don’t waste your time with Cold Stone and Pink Berry right next door.
