We were very fortunate to stay at the Moose hotel resort in Banff and stop into the Pacini restaurant where we were greeted fantastically by the supervisor Shubh He made us feel so welcome. We definitely will be back here. Stay at the hotel and come off and into this restaurant. We had such a wonderful breakfast at Pacini in Banff over Labor Day weekend. The food was fresh, flavorful, and comforting — everything from the pesto primavera frittata to the bread bar hit the spot. The whole restaurant had great vibes, lively but still warm and welcoming, which made it feel like the perfect place for both a family meal and a night out. Average breakfast, eggs were cooked okay , sausage was a bit cold, salad tomato and lettuce no oil or anything on it came plain, not ideal as a side, coffee was good but had a lot of grinds in it . You could not toast anything it was a warmer Beautiful place smelled amazing in there. Probably just would not return for breakfast
Shubh was a great server, so happy we stopped in!
