Alex and Jeremy gave my friend Sandra a beautiful apartment to rent when it was extremely hard and competitive to find a 1 BR rental at a reasonable rate. They fixed all the issues that came up in terms of maintenance in the apartment during their time managing the rental and she now has a place to live long term that she loves!
Rented from Pacific West for 1.5years, Jeremy was very professional to deal with and all issues were always resolved in a prompt manner. Renting in Vancouver can suck but these guys make it easy as possible.
