I have not had a positive experienc with Pacific Source. They cover the absolute barest minimum on everything.. I've been going back and forth with them for 6 months to get my treatment covered and it has been denied 3 times and returned with a LAUNDRY LIST of other treatment options they want exhausted first. Some of the options aren't even FDA approved - my doctor refused to even prescribe them. If you want to suffer or want your employees to suffer - this is defnitely the insurance to offer.

I went to this website one time, and it won't stop coming up on my feed. This is beyond annoying. Knock it off. Quit stalking me!!
I have no issue with this specific branch. However, this compa y as a whole will not allow me to get my much needed treatment for MS. This has now gone on for about 2 years now, and I have still not been able to receive treatment. If you care about your well-being and don't want to suffer through symptoms, DO NOT use this company.
