I have used this company for years. This last year they denied most medicines I needed. I have a long history of getting on proper medicine which was completely unravelled based on their practices. I was able to get prior authorization for some of the meds back but not without having to see doctors, which was not necessary. Some of the meds they would covered interacted with other medication I was taking. My doctors were not informed. Later in the year they reprocessed several claims. Nope....
I have not had a positive experienc with Pacific Source. They cover the absolute barest minimum on everything.. I've been going back and forth with them for 6 months to get my treatment covered and it has been denied 3 times and returned with a LAUNDRY LIST of other treatment options they want exhausted first. Some of the options aren't even FDA approved - my doctor refused to even prescribe them. If you want to suffer or want your employees to suffer - this is defnitely the insurance to offer.
