This is my first year with Pacific Source and I’ve never had such a difficult time getting prescriptions covered. Medications my family has been on for years not covered and they denied an MRI after a recent traumatic fall and badly injured my shoulder. I will NOt renew with them.
I have used this company for years. This last year they denied most medicines I needed. I have a long history of getting on proper medicine which was completely unravelled based on their practices. I was able to get prior authorization for some of the meds back but not without having to see doctors, which was not necessary. Some of the meds they would covered interacted with other medication I was taking. My doctors were not informed. Later in the year they reprocessed several claims.
