What does this actually cover?? The call center is absolutely worthless. So sick of calling and waiting, only to have to call back with more information because they didn't ask for it during the prior call. Another reason Oregon is the worst place to live.
Terminated their contract with my medical provider without reason
Customer service is awful! I had a doctor who sent my daughters prescription to another town and when I took the prescription to my pharmacy they told me to call insurance to have them fix the mix up but the lady was incapable of helping and super rude. Terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend this insurance as you don’t feel insured.
