Great expedience doing PT for my knee (quad tendon tear) and shoulder pain. The owner Kylie is very professional and was so helpful in getting me back being pain-free in daily activities and helping me get back to the gym again. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful: Val at the front desk, Emma (another great PT doctors) and all the assistants (thank you Sasha, Eileen, and Jason!). From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Everyone is professional and genuinely caring. Spencer, my occupational therapist, is exceptional. After a serious work accident, I went from barely moving my fingers and wrist to making a fist, regaining my grip strength, and experiencing minimal pain. Valerie handles everything, from scheduling to communicating with my doctors and workers comp, making the process completely stress-free. This team goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them.
Love this place! Dr. Kylie Mann is the best DPT. Very knowledgeable, explains everything to you, and knows exactly how to help make you feel better. Sasha is great at walking you thru the exercises and making sure you do them correctly. She makes the therapy fun. Highly recommend Pacific Pro for PT. Would never go anywhere else!
I love it here! All of the workers are amazing at this clinic. I had lots of trouble walking but after my experience here I have gotten so much better! Thank you Kylie, Emma, Val, Spencer, Ellen, Jason, Omar, Jason, and Sasha! You guys are the best!
