My PTs (Cat and Mike) are very nice. The front desk staff and PT assistants are very nice too. I started going to Pacific Pro since February 12, 2026. in Temecula. I love that place (5/5) but it's just that it's a bit far from my house. And Murrieta team are great too. What I love going here is their approach. I'm shocked by all the positive reviews. Lucky them, I guess. Two stars instead of one because while their treatments were totally ineffective, the staff were all friendly/polite/professional. I would advise people with knee issues to stay away. In my case, they were unable to fix/treat my poor patellar tracking, chondromalacia patellae, fat pad impingement, meniscus tear, or atrophy.
