My PTs (Cat and Mike) are very nice. The front desk staff and PT assistants are very nice too. I started going to Pacific Pro since February 12, 2026. in Temecula. I love that place (5/5) but it's just that it's a bit far from my house. And Murrieta team are great too. What I love going here is their approach. I'm shocked by all the positive reviews. Lucky them, I guess. Two stars instead of one because while their treatments were totally ineffective, the staff were all friendly/polite/professional. I would advise people with knee issues to stay away. In my case, they were unable to fix/treat my poor patellar tracking, chondromalacia patellae, fat pad impingement, meniscus tear, or atrophy. Pacific Pro Physical Therapy Sports Medicine is a great place to go for rehab rehabilitation on any limbs that you may be having issues with. The staff is outstanding especially the PT therapist that I’m working with which is Liz. Also the help there is awesome especially Claudia. She’s always willing to help out. She works hard. She needs a raise. Lol.
Best therapy I have been to so far. my condition is rare &complicated and I really feel like they care and want to help me
I just started going to Pacific pro and so far I love it. The staff are very nice and friendly the facility is very clean and they take the time to really explain your problem areas in detail and they come up with a treatment plan. I think I’m going to love being a patient here.
