Owner is a real a**hole and I can see from his reviews he makes it known. Also from what I hear from the other reviews he doesnt like to pay his subs for their work so good luck working with these people if you are desperate enough to do that.
Excellent experience. They were extremely professional and did high quality work when building the new fence in my yard. What I especially appreciated was the quick turn around in responding to my initial email for a quote AND how quickly they were able to get me on his calendar. During the project the crew made suggestions to improve the overall function to the fence, and of course did those small revisions at no cost. The crew work quietly and efficiently which my neighbors appreciated. I highly recommend.
PacifiCore Construction came highly referred to us by my colleagues. We couldn't be more pleased by their performance on a mixed use retail project that they just completed for us!
If I can give a 0 star i would. I've had 2 BIG JOBS with these ppl and they don't pay period. Currently have a job trying to collect on and they wont pay still. Even with there demands i met them all jumped through hoops to get what there asking for and they just SUCK. They will lie to you and say i'm talking with the owner and NEVER talk to the owners. They have so many liens on them it's not even funny. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Like I said currently working for them now as a GC and hate it.
We were extremely impressed with the responsiveness and courteousness of every employee we met and look forward to working with them again on other projects. It's really sad that they don't any branch in Texas
