No Nonsense, Great Agent. We recently sold our holiday house on the beach in Suffolk Park with Christian Sergiacomi. I've worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years, and I found Christian to be a no-nonsense kind of guy. He achieved a good price for us in a difficult market, and the process was very easy. Christian gave realistic estimates and worked with us on strategies to help achieve as high a price as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christian to anybody selling a high-end home.
