In 2018 we bought a used Lincoln MKX. In 2021 we brought it to Pacifico Marple Lincoln for service. We had some service work done such as; normal maintenance service (don't remember details), we bought a new key fab, had roof rack added, etc. - And I have a receipt in my files as I keep all car receipts. My first service with my newer Nautilus and couldn't have been easier. I don't live far from the dealership but I also don't live that close so they offered to pick up my car, bring me a loaner, and then return my car when the service was complete. Total time saver! Everything was communicated via text, very easy and quick! They even washed it and cleaned it up for me.

I am still waiting for a call back after three attempts to schedule a service appointment. I spoke with someone twice, who said they would call me back but didn't. I then left a voice message that was not returned. This was over a two week time span. This is unfortunate since Pacifico Marple is where I purchased my vehicle. I have found another Lincoln dealer that has scheduled valet and service for my vehicle when I called. I have absolutely no plans on using this dealer again.
