This location single handedly had my husband and I get rid of both of our Lincoln’s and get BMWs instead. We will never again look at Lincoln cars again, as they definitely cannot support the vehicle with a luxury level of service. My husbands 2020 aviator was almost constantly in the shop for issues including the same ones over and over. In 2018 we bought a used Lincoln MKX. In 2021 we brought it to Pacifico Marple Lincoln for service. We had some service work done such as; normal maintenance service (don't remember details), we bought a new key fab, had roof rack added, etc. - And I have a receipt in my files as I keep all car receipts. My first service with my newer Nautilus and couldn't have been easier. I don't live far from the dealership but I also don't live that close so they offered to pick up my car, bring me a loaner, and then return my car when the service was complete. Total time saver! Everything was communicated via text, very easy and quick! They even washed it and cleaned it up for me.
