I want to live n trailer in wendover
Paid off my trailer to find out that the original owner of Clearview had no title. I asked for a refund to move out and they won't give me a complete refund. Told me that if I wanted 8,500 due to a clause in the purchase agreement that says the down payment is non refundable... regardless that the contract is illegal by definition. Manager Shawna insists that she will get the owners to contact us in April and now it being October I don't think she wants to do her job at all.
