I want to live n trailer in wendover
Paid off my trailer to find out that the original owner of Clearview had no title. I asked for a refund to move out and they won't give me a complete refund. Told me that if I wanted 8,500 due to a clause in the purchase agreement that says the down payment is non refundable... regardless that the contract is illegal by definition.
